Technology advances has made it possible for several different types of conferencing to be available for your customers and for different variations for each type. Today, there are many features available that many people don't even know exist.   The three main types of conferencing are as follows:

3.  Web Conferencing-Web conferencing refers to a service that allows conferencing events to be shared with remote locations sometimes referred to as webinars.  Applications for web conferencing include meetings, training events, lectures, or short presentations from any computer.  Simlar to the other two types of conferencing, there are several variations including pricing, audio access and features and functionality including collaboration and screen sharing.
